HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID FOR?
Our theatre vouchers are valid for 12 months, so the lucky recipient has plenty of time to use it. It also means that you do not need to book a date at the time of purchase. The recipient has the choice and books when it suits them best.
WHERE CAN I USE THEM?
We have a choice of 20 musicals and plays in London’s West End. This includes top shows like Phantom Of The Opera, Les Miserables, An American In Paris and Wicked to name but a few.

I HAVE A SPECIFIC SHOW VOUCHER. CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER SHOW?
Absolutely. Our package is designed to be flexible and hassle free, so of course you can swap your voucher for any of our 20 musicals and plays. This is a free service.
WHAT SEATS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Our promise is that we guarantee clear view seats. This means you can relax in the knowledge that you will never have a safety rail or pillar blocking your eye-line. As most of the theatres in London’s West End are listed buildings, alterations are limited. This means that some theatres do have seats positioned behind pillars and safety rails. We simply do not believe this is fair, and that is why we never provide restricted view seats within our theatre voucher packages. Generally, seats included within our Flexi Package are in the Upper Circle or Balcony depending on the show. However, there may be an option to upgrade to Top Category seats in the Stalls or Dress Circle. If this is the case, the Customer Service Team will make you aware of this option at the time of booking. Exact location of seats will also be confirmed at the time of booking.
HOW FAR ARE THE RESTAURANTS FROM THE THEATRE?
All our restaurants are conveniently located in the Covent Garden and theatreland area. This means they are generally no more than a 10 to 15 minute walk.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE RESTAURANT?
No. We organise the restaurant for you. It is part of our service. The details of your chosen restaurant, address and reservation time will be sent via email together with your show booking.
